BrokeNCYDE Arrested

The Crunkcore band BrokeNCYDE are facing serious drug, rape, and child pornography charges after being arrested in New Mexico while on tour.

According to livethescene the FBI are begining an investigation on the band identified as BrokeNCYDE, They were pulled over by a patrolman at approximately 8AM central time after the vehicle they were traveling in hit radar trackers traveling at 70 MPH, 15 over the posted speed limit of 55.

“Upon entering the vehicle, the patrolman immediately smelled marijuana, and smoke was apparently visible in the cabin.” said a commanding officer today who then stated “A member of the band was with a female passenger, later discovered to be at the age of 14.” the girl, band, and six other occupants including a sound technician and body guard were arrested at the scene and transported to the city jail.

According to police reports, there was no formal Van driver at the scene and items in the vehicle included various drugs such as marijuana, cocaine, and LSD. A laptop was also found containing hundreds of pictures displaying the members of the band engaging in sexual activities with who authorities assume are women under the age of 18.

The FBI began speaking with the individuals found on the Van, along with roughly two dozen others, including a fourth band mate who was not with the other members at the time.

The war on weed

I have been watching a lot of documentaries on certain drugs in the past week and the one that has stood out the most is the one about Marijuana or Weed. I don’t understand what the government is doing I have done a lot of research on Marijuana or Weed and there are no recorded deaths caused by it.

In order to overdose on it you would have to smoke about 500 joints, the government could make billions if they were to legalize it and tax it. Not to mention that if it were legalized and taxed there would be less people smuggling it into countries because paying a small tax is much easier than losing shipments of their product.

I have personally smoked Weed and it has no real negative effects, perhaps it makes you dumb, slow and paranoid but those effects are only temporary and it has no real effects that can be called negative. I believe the only reason it was made illegal is because so many people started enjoying it.

Look at the psychedelic properties of Salvia in comparison to Marijuana or Weed, Salvia’s effects cause hallucinations beyond imagination and make it seem real. Weed doesn’t do anything of the sorts and yet it is illegal while Salvia is legal.

I know the government must have certain rules and blah blah blah but my two cents is that we are all individuals whom can make our own decisions for our own good or not we should be able to do as we please within good reason because our life is being restricted by a bunch of toffee nosed bastards.

If anything Tobacco should be illegal, Tobacco kills 500,000 people every year while Marijuana kills 0. There is absolutely no reason why it should be illegal because it is merely a plant which people like to smoke when depressed, or to make shitty movies better, or to just generally bring joy into their life when it is absent.

And Marijuana itself has no addictive properties, I smoked it daily for about 14 months then just stopped dead with no problems at all. Marijuana should be legalized as a recreational drug within the UK and USA because it is simply not harmless and it’s great fun for everyone.

If only someone would start a huge petition to legalize this drug and confront the government with said statistics, I believe that would get this recreational drug legalized. Even I am tempted to do this not because I enjoy smoking Marijuana or Weed tons but because it’s costing the UK and USA tax payer millions and possibly billions per year hunting down and arresting distributors, dealers, growers, users and so on.

I’m not so immortal

I have some weird kind of infection slash flu slash cold, it’s rather nasty feels like someone has stuck there fist up my ass and down my throat, not that I would know how that feels haha.

Doctor gave me a weeks worth of anti-biotics to be taken 3 times a day so with any luck I can conquer this terrible affliction, on a side note my ear is healing and my thumb is not too bad and my foot is making progress.

As for the guy who did it I have decided not to find out where he lives and send some big lads round to his house, I’m going to let karma get him because I need not do anything to affect it, Besides the fucker is 27 my guys would kill him aha anyway it’s late love you all <3.

Mephedrone is now illegal

Possession and supply of Mephedrone is now illegal in the UK, the former legal high drug is now a class B controlled substance.

A ban on the drug came into force in the UK on the 16th of April 2010, the former legal high is now classed as a class B controlled drug along with substances such as cannabis and amphetamine. The required legislation was passed after a number of deaths that were linked to Mephedrone.

Now any person found in possession of Mephedrone can face up to 5 years in prison, while the maximum sentence for dealing is 14 years. Internet sites that were selling the drug have already been closed down and earlier this week shops were encouraged to hand over their stocks voluntarily.

Some of the slang for this drug have changed to bubbles, kittens and many others. If you were thinking of doing Mephedrone I strongly suggest you think again.

Death by Mephedrone

Teachers may now confiscate Mephedrone or MMCAT from pupils although its not illegal yet, the school minister has said it was feared that teachers were unable to seize the drug and other legal highs under the existing law.

But schools minister Vernon Cloaker has written to every school in England telling them they can seize the drugs under existing rules. Mephedrone has been linked to the deaths of Louis Wainwright who was 18 and Nicholas Smirth who was 19 both in Scunthorpe, United Kingdom.

In the letter, Mr Coaker said the law has given teachers the power to confiscate all innapropriate items irrespective of their legal status. Schools are now under no obligation to turn the confiscated substances.

The government’s drug advisory body is to present its guidance on Mephedrone or MMCAT on March 29th so I cannot see this drug being legal for much longer. They have become worried because the drug is legal and children as young as 12 are trying it.

Mephedrone has become popular on the UK club scene and in recent months and has been said to have similar effects to ecstasy and MDMA. The two teenagers who died were found collapsed at their homes after a night out drinking in Scunthorpe, United Kingdom.

Humberside Police said the drug appeared to have contributed to their deaths. I advise anyone thinking of trying this shit to stay well clear of it.

Mephedrone Long Term Effects

Mephedrone also known as MCAT, MMCAT, Mieow, Meow, Meph, 4MMc is a relatively new drug that a large majority of the United Kingdom have been playing with, however as it is such a new drug and already the fourth most used in the United Kingdom there have been no tests into it’s long-term physical and psychological effects.

First of all I wanted to show you the effects that 3 different people experienced while on Mephedrone…

REPORT 1 – 400mg – powder in capsules – 8 hours:
> Quite a clean buzz, a bit like MDMA but a little less intense
> Talkativeness
> Extremely Happy
> Breathlessness
> Wobbly eyes – they kept flicking left to right. Very strange feeling.
> After about an hour and three quarters all we wanted was more.
> No comedown

REPORT 2 – 700mg – snorted – 8 hours:
> Like doing Ecstasy for the first time
> Mild hallucinations
> Extremely horny
> Snorting it feels a bit like snorting fire
> Massive memory loss of events that happened during the 8 hours
> Nose hurt for days
> Comedown was horrible

REPORT 3 – 500mg – powder in capsules – 3 hours:
> Took it with lots of booze
> Happy feeling
> Spacey
> Energetic
> Loved up
> Comedown was pretty bad!

Mephedrone Effects And Statistics

The big drug story of 2009 was the unstoppable rise of Mephedrone the ” ecstasy alternative ” which has risen from nowhere to become the fourth most popular drug in the survey for recent use.

41.7% of UK have tried it and 33.6% of you have taken mephedrone in the last month. Easily available over the internet, sold as plant food not for human consumption most users describe mephedrone’s effects as a cross between ecstasy and cocaine.

Most users (44%) took mephedrone not more than once every three months. But 14.5% were taking mephedrone weekly. The most common amount used at a time was between 1/2 and 1 gram.

70% of users snorted it and 30% took it orally, usually wrapped in a cigarette paper or something digestible. As there has been no research done on mephedrone, I asked users if they had experienced any side effects using it and they were:

67% experienced excessive sweating
51% experienced headaches
43% experienced Palpitations
25% experienced Nausea
15% experienced cold or blue fingers.

Now as far as I am concerned the idea of snorting or consuming plant food seems a little too far, however most drugs come from plants so what if you put this shit in your weed grow pot at home I wonder what kinda of potent ass weed that shit would be. Anyway give me some feedback on this subject it’s rather interesting.
