This month has been full of things that make me want to dive head first into an empty swimming pool and I have a feeling May is going to be no better as I have received a cease & desist letter from a lawyer who represents Facebook in all probability will be sued for a lot of money.
All I can think of doing right now is taking the cash I made and moving as far away as possible where computer crimes are not recognized as crimes in such countries.
I’m not one to be the emo depressed kind, I’ve been through a lot of shit and have just learned to deal with shit and take it on the nose but with all the shit going on and thoughts running through my head like a junction in New York it’s hard to block it out.
A law firm who represent Facebook have contacted me in regards to my activity’s on Facebook and have emailed me a cease or desist letter which basically means stop what I’m doing and go with their terms or they will sue my ass for every penny I’ll ever have.
I highly recommend anyone doing illegal activities or activities against Facebook TOS should stop immediately, I ignored all the warnings I got and now look where I am.
I am still discussing the terms with the lawyer who contacted me however I cannot disclose said terms at this time, but put it this way the terms that were originally stated are as follows…
- I must stop advertising of any kind on facebook, Stop spamming, And stop making pages/groups.
- I must account for and repay Facebook any and all money I had earned as a result of the activities described.
- I must snitch on all of the people I know who engage in similar activities on Facebook.
So anyone doing that 3 step fbml bullshit should stop immediately as you will face the consequences for being ignorant later on, will update all later if possible on the outcome of this current situation.
Okay so on the way to getting crunk on a field with some cool kids I was sitting at the bus stop with my crate of beer with my head down so all my hair was covering my face, and this guy walked over and said ” excuse me ladies ” to me and this woman and I looked up and I said ” The Fuck? ” and he was like ” oh shit!, im so sorry i didn’t see because of the hair “.
It was a little embarrassing I got mistaken for a girl from a meter away haha maybe a sign that I should get my hair cut.

Possession and supply of Mephedrone is now illegal in the UK, the former legal high drug is now a class B controlled substance.
A ban on the drug came into force in the UK on the 16th of April 2010, the former legal high is now classed as a class B controlled drug along with substances such as cannabis and amphetamine. The required legislation was passed after a number of deaths that were linked to Mephedrone.
Now any person found in possession of Mephedrone can face up to 5 years in prison, while the maximum sentence for dealing is 14 years. Internet sites that were selling the drug have already been closed down and earlier this week shops were encouraged to hand over their stocks voluntarily.
Some of the slang for this drug have changed to bubbles, kittens and many others. If you were thinking of doing Mephedrone I strongly suggest you think again.
So Brokencyde, Jeffree Star and Synthetic Season did an awesome gig last night that I went to see, before I went in I bought 4 cans of stella and drunk that waiting outside with my friends then decided to go to the pub and do some shots so we did and then later on we went to the bar inside of the gig and did more shots and I had a few pints.
The gig was funny Ash Price from Synthetic Season got his keys + laminate stolen while throwing himself into girls, met some awesome new people such as Pengiun who was buying most of my drinks all night, Lilly who gave me Bonnies vodka to drink, and Mazie who is a crazy girl who enjoys stuffing her hands in my jeans.
After the gig I chilled outside and started being mouthy and abusive towards the security as they would not let me back in to get a picture with the band members so I was getting in their way and asking them to get physical and hit me, at this point I was severely drunk and was having trouble walking.
While I was walking Amber and Mazie home I met Mike and after we walked them home we jumped fences in order to get home, walked through a cemetery where I repeatedly fell over inanimate objects injuring myself a lot, my fucking elbow hurts like a bitch.
On a side note, my love life is still horse shit and I have pretty much lost my sex drive due to lack of sex to drive it, peace love you all.
So recently I have been doing a little marketing with Facebook which has proven VERY profitable and now I also speak to 10 others who do facebook marketing and they are all making from $6,000 – $28,000 per month all from Facebook fan pages with very little work.
Now Facebook have sued a ton of people for this for like 200 million and stuff but this does not deter many marketers who are continuing to use Facebook fan pages in order to profit big time.
Now you see those pages that say invite all your friends to see this blah blah, then it asks you to do a survey to see the image, or status update, or something of this nature. That is making the person from $0.60 – $9.00 every time someone completes one of those surveys so you can imagine how much they are making with their fan pages ranging from 20,000 fans to 2,400,000 fans.
Facebook are yet to crack down on this fully and people are still getting very very wealthy from it, hopefully they don’t ever crack down on it fully so a lot of internet marketers waiting for their big break can get there.
Recently I’ve been getting pretty lazy and just staying indoors drinking beer and broadcasting on the web so I really don’t have much to make posts about which is not a regular occurrence because I almost always have something to say.
Making some okay cash right now which if I use correctly will make me more and more money. Uhm yeah that’s pretty much everything I guess, hopefully something more interesting will happen so I don’t have to bore you all to death with irrelevant posts about random things.
Oh look, CUPCAKES.
So the other day I decided I wanted to meet a ton of new girls under the impression it would be fun but I’ve gained over 2,800 new facebook friends in a day and half and I am really regretting it for a couple of reasons which are as follows…
- They constantly talk to me when i go online.
- They all want my number and msn and stuff.
- I can’t even sign onto facebook chat or I’ll be bombarded with messages because I have a minimum of 200 people online at any given time.
However a couple of good things did come out of it which I wish not to discuss just yet for many reasons. But I will probably tell you all on Monday or Tuesday depending on many contributing factors. And I’m willing to bet those who are reading this now are those who added me haha.
As a side note I went out last night with Mike and Luke and some girls, was very wet, cold, and boring I soon left for home after meeting them.
So last night I found a site called Justin.tv and I thought that I would make an account and have a laugh while drinking, I got my account over 20,000 viewers over a couple of hours and to my surprise I got banned for an unspecified reason.
Perhaps it was the fact my friend kept showing his penis to 200+ people, not sure but anyway I have sent them an email requesting that they unsuspend my account for wrongfully suspending it in the first place.
