Okay so the NHS are giving out these packs and information to help people stop smoking, and I figure if I stop smoking I can stop wasting an hour of my life on a daily basis smoking not to mention the money I spend so here is a compiled list of reasons why I am quitting:
- It’s nasty on your teeth.
- It costs quite a bit.
- It wastes unnecessary time of your life.
- I’ll feel much better.
- No going out in the cold at clubs to smoke.
So based upon those 5 reasons I am going to attempt to quit smoking but it isn’t going to be easy I’ve been smoking for 5-6 years so it’s certainly going to be a challenge. If you have quit smoking or have any tips to help me please comment this post and wish me luck.
